RTPI South West - CPD Day
We're delighted to confirm our Managing Director, Alun Oliver is a speaker at the forthcoming Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) South West CPD Day in Exeter on Wednesday 15 October 2025.
This one day conference at Exeter Chiefs Sandy Park stadium covers all manner of planning updates. Alun will be discussing the complexities of Community Infrastructure Levy and sharing our insights in grappling with this complex area to manage risk and where possible minimise CIL costs to projects - both commercial and residential.
Alun will host one 75 minute session on 'Managing Risks with CIL'.

The RTPI descibe this event as, "the much valued multiple choice CPD Day with a broad mix of planning and skills themed workshops. With over 20 topics to choose from, delegates are in control of their professional development. All workshops will be delivered in a practical and interactive format."
What will be covered at the CPD conference?
The day will be structured with four 75minute sessions, 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. In each session there will be 6 to 7 different workshops for delegates to choose from. Delegates will be asked to pre-select their workshops before the event.
