VAT & Capital Allowances Lunch Seminar

E3 Consulting hosted a lunchtime VAT and Capital Allowances Seminar at our Southampton Office on Wednesday 24^th September.

We were pleased to have an eclectic mix of guests, including from the hotel and hospitality sector, health sector as well as a wide variety of other professionals including property investors, developers, solicitors and surveyors. The feedback from everyone was very positive and there were lots of questions asked to clarify VAT issues faced by some of the attendees, as well as on Land Remediation and the new fixtures rules.

This was our first lunch time seminar which, focused largely on VAT, rounding up 2014's key property related VAT matters, including:

The talk also included an overview of Capital Allowances and Land Remediation case studies; looking at common questions following the new fixtures rules bought in since April 2014, highlighting some of the confusion and errors E3 Consulting has seen on projects. A buffet lunch was provided and there was also the opportunity for networking prior to the talks.

Future Dates

We will be holding a similar seminar this time as a breakfast event in Southampton on Wednesday 22^nd October. We will be sending out further details in due course.
