Industry Response to HMRC's Capital Allowances proposals

Alun Oliver, Managing Director of E3 Consulting, sits on the RICS Tax Policy Panel and is an associate member of the British Property Federation's Tax Policy Committee.  Through these two important industry groups, we have responded to HMRC's proposed implementation of a Mandatory Pooling of Fixtures (Capital Allowances) and the abolition of Land Remediation Tax Relief.

We regularly review and positively contribute to these documents and have put forward our comments to both the RICS and BPF for incorporation to the industry response document, available via download on the right.
