E3 Consulting is hosting a Summer Breakfast Seminar on Wednesday 15 July 2015. The event will be held between 7.30 am and 9.45 am at the The Concorde, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh, SO50 9HQ.

This event is aimed at business owners, developers, entrepreneurs, finance directors, investors, managing directors, occupiers and professionals working alongside their clients.

Rupert and Alun will be discussing the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)- the process to comply and opportunities to reduce or mitigate the project costs.

We will also cover common Capital Allowances situations, illustrating, through case studies, common mistakes and issues - a year on from the new Fixtures Rules changes last April.

The session will conclude by looking at Land Remediation and the 150% tax relief available on remediation of contaminated and long term derelict land. This session will highlight the complex rules and dispel common misconceptions.

We will also be able to comment on any relevant announcements made in the Emergency Budget the previous week.

A continental breakfast will be provided and time for networking is included.
