E3 Consulting is proud to be an accredited Living Wage Employer.
E3 Consulting is an accredited Living Wage Employer, formally as from April 2024, although in practise, we have been following the principals for many years now.
The Living Wage Foundation promotes and supports employers that make an explicit commitment to pay the living wage as a minimum for all employees, which reflects the real cost of living. It is the organisation that is at the heart of the Living Wage movement in the UK. The 3 main areas that it covers are :
Accreditation for those employers that pledge to pay the Living Wage.
Intelligence – the foundation shares best practise guides, case studies from leading employers, model procurement frameworks & access to specialist HR & Legal advice.
Influence – provides a forum for committed Living Wage Employers.
This has now been running for over 10 years and within the UK, there are now more than 16,000 employers committed to paying the Living Wage.
