Following an enquiry from the Fund Manager coordinating this project, E³ Consulting tendered for the capital allowances services on this new 60+ bed student halls of residence. The project comprised bedroom, with en-suite facilities, communal lounges, laundry and sound proofing & security works to convert former offices into student accommodation.

E³ Consulting liaised with the Fund Managers, Contractor and project QS to obtain all the appropriate project cost details including preliminaries and professional fees. We then conducted a site survey of the property to identify the plant and machinery, integral feature and energy efficient assets in situ.
