Elizabeth Insley

Legal and Property Research Analyst

Elizabeth Insley

Elizabeth is a Legal and Property Research Analyst who joined E3 in 2018 through the Warwick Summer Internship scheme. Her role includes researching the legal sector and wider trade organisations to review potential business opportunities, as well as reviewing E3’s internal procedures. She is further involved in developing E3’s online presence, through drafting and reviewing posts and articles for the company’s website and Facebook and Twitter accounts. She also represents the company at events in and around Southampton as well as further afield, including developing E3’s existing relationship with the University of Warwick.

Career and Qualifications

Having studied for her GCSEs and A Levels at Aylesbury High School in Buckinghamshire, Elizabeth took a year out of education, during which she worked at Tesco and a GPs’ surgery. She has just finished her first year studying French with Spanish at the University of Warwick, where she particularly enjoys reading French literature and is looking forward to studying this in more depth in the coming year. She has also recently discovered the joys of watching foreign Netflix series as revision and is currently working her way through ‘Gran Hotel’, a Spanish drama.

Outside of her studies, Elizabeth is a member of several societies and regularly attends group figure skating lessons at Coventry Ice Rink, social events held by Warwick French Society and drawing classes with Warwick Art Society. As the current Vice President of Warwick Ice Skating, she is also responsible for liaising with various organisations to arrange kit orders and lessons.

Personal information

Elizabeth enjoys baking and making chocolates - to the delight of her family who kindly taste-test her bakes - and she particularly likes making macarons of all flavours and experimenting with vegan recipes. She recently put her culinary skills to use holding a fundraising Cream Tea for a local hospice, which raised over £1,500.

She also loves art and likes capturing images in photographs, drawings and stencil prints, as well as visiting art galleries. She has played the piano for 13 years and having achieved Grade 8, continues to play for enjoyment. She loves learning pieces by Debussy, but also enjoys playing film music.
