We actively support our staff members throughout the APC process.


To become a Chartered Surveyor, staff have to pass their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) through RICS. This requires practical training and wide ranging project experience, which, combined with professional assessment, leads to becoming a full member of the RICS.

We understand the importance of supporting staff throughout the APC process. To ensure that they fully understand the professional and commercial implications of their work, and have a current and constantly developing knowledge of technical matters and a wider understanding of issues facing the profession. This will help to ensure that each individual will become a good ambassador for the surveying profession and for E3 Consulting alike.

At E3 Consulting, our wider commitment to training and development complements the requirements of the APC. By combining specific in-house technical training and practical experience with soft skills and external Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training, we help to ensure that you have a robust knowledge base over and above what is necessary to complete the APC. As part of this you will have a mentor who will, throughout your completion of the APC, regularly discuss with you your training needs, to ensure you receive the necessary support and guidance.
