At E3 Consulting, we ask team members to keep a practical reflection and learning log documenting their activities and tasks. The log gives all staff the opportunity to record thoughts, observations, questions and key learning experiences to ensure they learn and retain the maximum possible detail to help their development within E3.

The reflection & learning log is a supportive, multifaceted framework that creates a structured approach to learning and development. It acts as a catalyst for the sharing of information between staff members, to disseminate knowledge, as evidence of your personal development and to provide a structured manner in which to do this. It also helps with recognising achievements each week, building confidence and reinforcing learning in a practical way. The real deep value of learning comes through with true understanding and when each individual adapts their attitude and behaviours accordingly to the learning point in hand.
