Post Budget Property Tax Breakfast
Adding value and managing risk with property tax reliefs. Tuesday 02 December 2025.

Hold the date!
E³ Consulting is hosting a Post Budget Property Tax Breakfast event at the Army & Navy Club, Pall Mall, focusing on the areas where value can be added and risk avoided during the property lifecycle.
One week on from the Autumn Budget 2025, we will be focusing on the risks and opportunities that the new fiscal plan brings. As well as any areas specifically related to Property and Construction that owner occupiers, developers and investors should be mindful of.
E³ Consulting's speakers and contributors are:
Alun Oliver, Managing Director, E³ Consulting
Todd Arnison, Senior Property Tax Surveyor, E³ Consulting
Leigh Sayliss, Director, Tax, Lawrence Stephens
Tim Buley KC, Landmark Chambers
E³ Consulting's speakers will include updates on Capital Allowances, Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), and Land Remediation Tax Relief.
Leigh Sayliss, head of tax at Lawrence Stephens and chair of CIOT property taxes committee, and Tim Buley KC of Landmark Chambers, who specialises in planning and environmental law, will be providing further insight from the marketplace on key current areas of value and risk - including areas of Property Tax - amongst others of CIL, planning updates, brownfield site regeneration (Land Remediation Tax Relief) and greybelt, SDLT and VAT; and commentary arising from the previous week's Autumn Budget 2025.
There are limited numbers for this event, hence early booking will be essential to secure your place, first come, first served.
The breakfast event will include teas, coffee and breakfast rolls before presentations, followed by an opportunity to continue discussions and network with fellow attendees.
Date: Tuesday 02 December 2025
Location: Army & Navy Club (aka The Rag), 36-39 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JN
Arrival from 7:45am, talks to finish by 10:15am, attendees welcome to stay on for further networking and tea/coffee after.
There is a charge of £29.50 (plus booking fee and VAT), to contribute towards the event and required to secure a place.
Booking will be essential as we have a limited number of spaces available. We also ask that no more than two persons from the same company apply, to give others the chance to attend and we also endeavour to have a well-balanced mix between developers, investors and professional advisors.
If you have any queries about the event, then please do get in contact via email hello@e3consulting.co.uk.
Why should you attend?
Along with our contributory guests, using our own project experience, we will be discussing where we believe the key areas are to manage your project risks, avoid pitfalls and benefit from optimised savings; increasing the viability of development and investment proposals and taking advice at the right time.
Who will benefit from attending?
Property developers and investors, commercial and corporate property professionals, and professionals working alongside clients such as accountants, architects, commercial property agents, funders, planners, project managers, tax advisors, solicitors and surveyors.
