E³ Consulting’s Autumn Property Tax Webinars

E³ Consulting is pleased to confirm that our initial webinar series – covering Capital Allowances, Land Remediation Tax Relief and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) - were very well received by those that attended online.

We would like to thank those who join us for the two live presented sessions on Thursday 19th November and previously on Thursday 29th October. Our further gratitude is with those who asked a variety of quality & probing questions during the Q&A sessions; as well as those who have provided valuable feedback, following our two events.  This will help us continue to keep improving our content and delivery for future live and virtual sessions.

Property Tax Webinars

Speakers Alun Oliver, Managing Director, and Todd Arnison, Property Tax Surveyor, covered a number of topics under the two sessions: ‘Capital Allowances & Land Remediation’ and ‘Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)’.

Alun and Todd shared a variety of real life case studies drawn from E³ Consulting’s projects to highlight key issues, as well as providing insights and top tips to ensure steps are proactively considered that could potentially help our clients ‘take the sting out of any tax bills’.   Exploring how the commercial imperative of both private clients and business owners (including their finance team) being very active and rigorous with their tax questions, taking timely specialist advice, may help boost cash flow from the resultant tax savings.
