Congratulations to E3 Consulting’s apprentice surveyor Todd Arnison for being awarded best BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying Level 4 student by the University of Portsmouth’s School of Civil Engineering and Surveying: Faculty of Technology.
Todd collected his certificate in front of the new intake of surveying and civil engineering students, during the university's induction week. He was also awarded a £100 cash prize as reward in recognition of exceeding expectations equally with his level of engagement, as well as high level marks with his studies.
Todd, who joined E3 Consulting in 2017, has recently started his third year of a five-year Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship – working towards the new BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree and qualification as a full chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He attends the University of Portsmouth through day release from E3 Consulting.
Todd commented: “The award was a wonderful, unexpected surprise ahead of the start of the academic year. It is highly satisfying to be recognised by the university, not only for my accomplishments to date, but also the hard work that I put in as an apprentice.”
Alun Oliver, managing director of E3 Consulting, said: “We are very pleased that Todd’s hard work towards his university studies has been recognised and this prize is very much deserved. He consistently puts a lot of effort towards excelling with each assignment and equally being an active member of his apprentice cohort as well as bringing some of his learning back into his role and the business!”
