Nicky Oliver

Role

Nicky is the co–founder and Client and Marketing Director of E³ Consulting. Her focus is ensuring healthy and enduring client relationships. Achieving this through pragmatic, dynamic and our nurturing culture that underpins E³ Consulting and each team member. Maintaining engagement and excellent communication amongst the team and with our clients, third party advisers, suppliers, and our wider business community – to deliver excellence, robust advice, and significant tax savings – all consistent with E³ Consulting’s brand reputation and perception.

Experience

Nicky has previously worked within the insurance sector for National Provident Institution & Scottish Amicable and for Cazenove Fund Management. The role included internal communications and externally promoting the services of Cazenove Fund Management to Accountants, IFAs, Fund Managers , Lawyers, and Stockbrokers.

Nicky is a keen advocate of mentoring and volunteering including for all staff within the business. In the last few fifteen years she has supported young people from various universities’ including more Plymouth, Warwick, and Southampton. She also mentors small business owners’ and some individuals operating in the arts.

Nicky has previous committee experience with the Leisure Property Forum and the London & Southeast group from Women in Property.

Career & Qualifications

Nicky studied B.A.(Hons) in Economics at Kingston Polytechnic gaining an Upper Second. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance (ACII). More laterally, Nicky has become fully accredited with all four of the Thomas International Psychometric Profiles, she has also completed the Mark Rison’s Marketing Week Mini MBA both in Branding and Marketing.

Personal

Nicky lives in Dorset and is married with two (now adult) children. Her interests are across the arts (especially theatre & visual arts), history, travelling and being in the countryside walking her Labrador dog Joey. She also enjoys swimming and tennis and is an avid lifelong learner and a prodigious listener to podcasts. Nicky is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and a member of both the Aldgate and the United Wards Clubs in London.
