E3 Consulting Goes for Gold over Olympic Venue

Specialist Property Tax firm E3 Consulting has been advising Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) on its development of the O2, formerly the Millennium Dome

The O2 will be the venue for London’s 2012 Olympic gymnastics and basketball. E3 Managing Director, Alun Oliver has been advising AEG on the tax relief available on major property investments, such as this 23,000-seat arena and entertainment venue.

“Given the legacy uses of the site, we were able to identify valuable savings for AEG as they bring forward this multimillion pound investment,” he said. “As construction work at the O2 continues over the next 18 months, we hope to deliver additional tax efficiencies and further money saving solutions.”

E3 – “evaluate, evolve, enhance” – is based at Office 6, Town Quay, Southampton
